We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition — unused, unassembled, and in the original packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for a full refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin the return process, please contact our customer support team at support@saundrashop.site with your order number, item details, and reason for return. We will provide instructions and a return shipping address. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect due to our error. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping and arrange a replacement if needed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue by offering a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be marked as final sale or non-returnable. These include:

  • Items purchased with a discount or clearance label

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Products returned after the 30-day window

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If it has already been dispatched, you may initiate a return once it arrives.
